So I've been lucky to have been able to have access and be well enough to use the @singaporesportsinstitute's antigravity treadmill. Its been a great tool to help me learn how to walk again and now jog and run!
Thought I'd share with you how this nifty thing looks and works -from my view at least- i'm wearing these fancy tights which zips up to the machine; air is pumped in and it essentially carries me such that I'm a little lighter thereby reducing the impact to my legs (and my injury). Slowly but surely.. :)
